We were fingerprinted by USCIS on Monday November 3. We are so glad to have that step out of the way. USCIS told us that it will be about 8-10 weeks before we can expect to receive our 171H. This is the paper that we will need to take with us to Taiwan. Without it, our baby will not be able to get a visa to come back to the U.S. with us, so this document is priceless.
